Walks are on mountain trails with mostly good conditions underfoot, sometimes rough and rocky. This trip is suitable for those with solid mountain walking experience and is at a high altitude (up to 3,800m), which along with the remoteness makes for a challenging and adventurous trek. Accommodation is in hotels, guesthouses and tents.
The best time of year to travel to Kyrgyzstan is between July and August, the ideal season to explore the mountainous areas when high passes are accessible.
